Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling
CM&F Inc., trusts and believes in the use of CPM scheduling. Beginning with the earliest planning stages through to closeout, industry studies continue to show increased project performance and efficiency when a CPM schedule has been properly implemented. Our services include development of your schedule, ongoing analysis and regular updates to that schedule and timely progress reporting based on tangible project progress. We utilize industry standard software such as Merlin, Ms Project, Sure Trak and Primavera Project Planner.
Cost Management and Estimating:

Distressed Project Turnaround
CM&F Inc., assists lenders, owners and contractors with difficult projects that are behind schedule, over budget or have encountered construct-ability issues. We will immediately assess the current situation and implement strategies and procedures to return your project back to schedule and budget. CM&F Inc., works with our clients to understand the underlying problems and issues that may have led this and other projects to delay and budget issues. Our project recovery process does not end at our project completion, but is designed to leave our clients with procedures and process‘ in place aimed at prevented similar problems in the future.

Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL):
in Washington State, the Construction Stormwater General Permit requires that site inspections be conducted by a CESCL. CM&F has staff that meets certification requirements of the General Permit, and BMP C160 Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) in Ecology’s stormwater management manuals for eastern and western Washington. We can provide necessary inspections and document processing to maintain your site compliance requirements.
